How many, even of the libertarians, have what it takes to personally research eternal/natural human rights and learn how to live/defend them. I've been in the Patriot movement for many years and found by original research that most of the opinions and advice out there is BS. The government's mis-information campaign, parroted by Patriots for profit, disparages even some of the most ardent freedom lovers. The greatest hurdle to over coming unconstitutional statutes today is the level of corruption in the courts.

Congress knows that it can pass unconstitutional laws -- it is the job of the People to defy them -- only then can they be challenged -- that's what a trial by jury is all about. If unconstitutional laws are obeyed and unchallenged, then they are merely de facto rules that we treat as de jure. We have so many de facto laws now ever intruding on our inalienable rights that to challenge them now is to challenge the entire 'system' of government agencies and offices that operate via these unconstitutional statutes. The greatest problem however is the uneducated and cowardly public that do not realize that we could take back this country tomorrow if enough of us knew what we were actually fighting for.
