I apologize for the late post and example to further explain my above statement. I think this will give a little more depth to what I stated. “Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity” (Matt. 7:20-23) (a note, here instead of: “I never knew you”, Greek sequencing would be more accurate to say: you never knew me; but, either way – for the here intended purposes, it works the same). This above example describes an actor’s outside-in action uniquely. There were no substantive being(s) of love, truth, faith, etc. where their focused actions would derive from. It was shallow, it was imaging righteous actions only, it was not whole. Thus – again, the author’s here focus is from the outside-in.
