Robert Dowlut Quote

“Because this right [of self-defense] cannot be effectively exercised with bare hands, the right to keep and bear arms is the only efficient way to secure the fundamental right of self-defense.”

~ Robert Dowlut

Arms: A Right to Self-Defense Against Criminals and Despots, 8 Stanford L. & Pol'y Rev. 25 (1997).

While the statement is valid, it leaves out the main reason for the right to bear arms...to overthrow a government bent on tyranny. To maintain our right to be free and sovereign individuals when that basic, natural right is threatened by forces foreign or domestic.

Along with Carlton, the concept of self-defense is not socially accepted (politically correct) in a broad enough term to cover property, rights or other lawful designations. At law, and covered by the Constitution, the right and ability to be well armed (for any law on nature reason) shall not be infringed. Self-defense against despotism and tyranny are a fundamental right.

If a criminal breaks into your home and you have no gun, ask him politely to sit down while you call the police.

I remember the LA riots. There was an area of town (in the riot's wake) where the ethnicity was a majority of Koreans. They banded together (in the true spirit of a militia) with all types of assault riffles, automatic weapons, and more. They stationed themselves on the roofs, behind barriers, and otherwise to protect property, rights, life, and happiness. Where the occupying statist theocracy infesting this land (the police state) refused to serve and protect, the well armed sovereign individuals acted in a most efficient way to secure the fundamental right of self-defense.

By 1997, some NRA dude should have noticed the US Constitution needed UPDATES, TO LEGAL DEFINITIONS, including "well-regulated" and "militias," in USCA 2. By 1957, these should have been suggested, by NRA attorneys. But NOOOOO. The NRA just let a fraudulent drug war be waged, to keep hemp, from industry, while borders were profitably neglected, so now, GW Bush made sure 911 happened, he lied about former CIA client Saddam, and THEN he tried to start war, with Iran, and we have a professor POTUS, who is pumping US debt, toward $17 trillion, on controversy, while he tries to lose, by playing DDD, at the 'stupid party,' which has to stay stupid, or somebody will try to elect Clint Eastwood, who read Ralph Ellison's The INVISIBLE MAN, which makes Eastwood, Gov.Christie, and Gov.Jindal as the only known smart pubs. Anybody else would cuff Rove, Cheney, and GW, but NOOOOO. Maybe you've noticed the drug war is directed, to keep hemp, from industry, so the US exports this and guns, where PEMEX and OPEC control media. If NOT, you aren't smart enough, to hold a gun, in today's corrupt world, and sorry about your luck, if your hands aren't cold and dead, like Chuck's head was, BEFORE HE DIED. Kindly notice how the WWE is sketching Obama, with The ROCK and GW Bush, with CM Punk, OK? Take a shot, at how we need to lose 50 senates and get a fresh due process article, 223 years ago! We need DUE PROCESS OF LAW, with even enforcement, equality, necessary and sufficient enforcement for ETHICS, not tardy morals, and efficacious administration of justice, all elevated, to constitutional guarantees, and damn the taxes and representative TYRANTS. But if YOU think you get to neglect notice, of riot, and get more guns? Maybe you are just some stupid partier, who thinks you get votes because Hildog's voice drones, stupidly. FYI, CO2 is such a pollutant, we are in Mass Extinction Event 6, and by 2020, the oceans will roar. Got Mayan troubles? AND Nostradamus AND scientists AND a riot, stupid party! Get smart and get elected, OK? THEN take the guns, from violators, of ETHICS AND LAWS. If this, then people of ethical compulsion will get to keep firearms, AND the unnoticed riot will abate.

Wow Bob...maybe ease up on the pharmaceuticals will ya? I mean you made some points there...I think...sort of...but that kind of stress can give you a heart attack.
