The Patriot Act makes terrorists of dissenters. Are the FBI, BATFE, CIA, etc. like the NAZIs? In too many ways ... yes!

Ah, yes. The global warming believers say the debate is over and that anyone who disagrees is a "denier" in the vein of some neo-Nazi holocaust denier. They've even gone so far as to call anyone who disagrees with them guilty of crimes against humanity. It seems that I have seen plenty of expressions of dissent against war, the President, the government, and the military and I haven't heard of anyone being sent to Guantanamo. Can someone enlighten me?

The slippery slope to fascism -- forced patriotism and the elimination of dissenting opinions.

With legal scholars hanging on every word, when is the red line crossed ? Granting "unprecedented immunities" to the communist factions, within our institutions of government, this "infiltration and deception, they, the socialist/communist seek to overthrow our Constitutional Republican form of government, thinking it may be enough, without starting violent rebellion. Thinking our government is held captive in a "judge-made" verbal trap. This the greatest test faced today by our nation, seeing the violent coup taking place before the nations eyes, a Shaphat, act of deliverance by our government is required to restore "order to law" in maintaining a civil society. Commonsense dictates such steps be taken at all cost.
