As concerns the tyrant's definition and use of de facto term law, a very accurate assessment.

True then and even more now.

Self-evident since 'natural law' in fact needs no 'enforcement.' Most laws are passed to protect or divert income streams into 'protected' pockets. Just try to repeal a bad law and see who comes out of the woodwork, then you'll know who truly benefits -- rarely is it the People at large. Regulations are generally to protect cartels and monopolists against the ingenuity and innovation of new competitors, particularly in the trades of energy, communications, agriculture, manufacturing, medicine, economics, and even religion.

The broad nomenclature “law”, divides into multiple political philosophies – temporally rendering many mental images, understandings and exercises. By example:

1) “the laws of nature and of nature’s God” (Declaration of Independence {natural law nomenclature animates an umbrella of that which is eternal and absolute in nature} i.e. the Constitutional law of the land). Said constitutional natural law arrays infinite and unwavering rules of nature, categorically understood through assessable proficiencies such as gravity, physics, math, life, liberty and property.

2) Legal Positivism; Legal Positivism is arbitrary, “An arbitrary law is one made by the legislator simply because he wills it, and is not founded in the nature of things;” (Bouvier’s Law Dictionary) – Legal Positivism is most often “used in opposition to natural law” (Bouvier’s Law Dictionary).

3) Legal Realism; Legal Realism is arbitrary and habitually time/situation fleeting, instituted by any source, at any time regardless of natural law or legal positivism (executive, judicial, personal, etc.).

4) etc. Can natural law be enforced? Can gravity or life be enforced? NO! ! ! Only tyranny can be enforced. Tyranny is enforced through the legal philosophies of “legal positivism” and “legal realism”.

The “law” referenced in the above quote is executed from a demonically despotic side of “legal positivism” or “legal realism” philosophy. The current occupying statist theocracy infesting this land’s destruction of individual sovereignty, inalienable rights, liberty and the Constitution’s foundation of natural law is in an attempt to protect and perpetuated demonic power.
