To be unfettered by arbitrary, temporally imposed, encumbrances is to be truly Free.

This is childish notion of "liberty."  This is an expression of a child, similar to "the party's on."  We slowly, evolutionarily, release ourselves from the bonds of the environmental confinements and become more and more alive.
