Not even one star is deserved for a man on the wrong side. Remember now the party that took control in 1864 which has brought us to this time of economic slavery and soon to be personal entrapment. Even those new comers now think a little liberty must be all there is ? As long they have democ vote and rule they must be right ?

I don't know how to rate this. I can only assume that Sherman's rejection of political office was a good thing for law, liberty, freedom, and the unalienable rights of man. Sherman would fit right in with the statist theocracy that now infests this land and, he would feel real comfortable serving under Mr Obamunist Goodwrench the assassin.

There are governors, there are warriors, and on rare occasions one can be both. But not Sherman. He is only a warrior. He is not the carpenter, he's the hammer. And probably the worst kind of hammer, one thats heavy, swings hard, and doesn't care which nail it hits.

Too much GREED in our present day political group to ever say anything like this.

I think it's reprehensible to have a domestic terrorist, responsible for raping and pillaging, as well as callously destroying the property of millions of people, quoted along with true patriots. Sherman leaves a shameful legacy of brutality that should be offensive to any true lover of liberty.

Voicing that is the best thing he did for this country. The thumbs down is for the person, not the quote. What a butcher!
