Gmail OFTEN sends my libertarian, gun-rights email to spam... those FAQers. 1 Reply Byron, Fort Collins 9/10/11 re: George Orwell quote @john stafford, excellent points about that pseudo-scientist, Al Gore. Another Nobel Peace Prize "winner"--hehehe!!! 1 Reply Byron, Fort Collins 9/10/11 re: Adolf Hitler quote @Grenville Rogers, @E.Archer -- YOU GUYS ARE RIGHT ON!!! Reply Byron, Fort Collins 9/9/11 re: Ron Paul quote @ jim k, terrific observation... 2 Reply Byron, Fort Collins 9/9/11 re: Ron Paul quote Ron Paul = the ONLY presidential candidate who will not kowtow to "business as usual", which is why he is CONSISTENTLY IGNORED by the MSM. Ron Paul in 2012!!! 2 Reply Byron, Fort Collins 9/8/11 re: William Pitt quote "Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience." -C. S. Lewis English essayist (1898 - 1963) 3 Reply Byron, Fort Collins 9/7/11 re: George Washington quote All especially excellent quotations today! You'd think G.W. was a fly on the wall in D.C. today. 2 Reply Byron, Fort Collins 9/7/11 re: John F. Di Leo quote @ J. B. Wulff of Bristol CT, VERY thoughtful comment. It's too easy for each of us to think we wouldn't mess up like Obama. It's very very easy to mess up like Obama, and it's amazingly difficult to turn an economy around the way Reagan did (with help from Milton Friedman). Reply Byron, Fort Collins 9/7/11 re: Eric Schaub quote If America's obesity epidemic reflects how we exercise politically as well as physically, we've all got a LOT of work to do STARTING NOW, EVERY DAY. D.C. didn't get this corrupt over night... like my a$$ didn't get this fat in one day... 2Reply Byron, Fort Collins 9/6/11 re: Texas Declaration of Independence quote It would be great if we all could secede from the Chicago-NY-California-D.C.Beltway. Cut those fools adrift. 1 Reply Byron, Fort Collins 9/5/11 re: Alexis de Tocqueville quote This quotation describes not only EVIL, tyrannical power, but the life-sucking nature of the Narcissistic parent. Controlling others is the expression of the desire by the controller to take the lives of others for the controller's personal use--a form of cannibalism. Reply Byron, Fort Collins 9/2/11 re: Neal Boortz quote Ditto, Johnson of Gainesville, FL!!! Reply Byron, Fort Collins 8/30/11 re: Ernest Jones quote "They are defending themselves under the pretext of defending others,...". Has anyone honestly ever defended another person with whom they did NOT, at heart, identify? Reply Byron, Fort Collins 8/30/11 re: Jeremy Bentham quote Evil = the desire to control others--to live their lives for them--"for their own good". Reply Byron, Fort Collins 8/24/11 re: Federico Fellini quote _8-1/2_ is a TERRIFIC movie. Sorry. Just couldn't help myself. Reply Byron, Fort Collins 8/23/11 re: George Bernard Shaw quote Well said, Mike of Norwalk. The media ALL act as though Ron Paul did not exist. Reply Byron, Fort Collins 8/19/11 re: Robert G. Ingersoll quote That's the excuse the British media makes for rioters and looters in the summer 2011 London riots. Apparently, now, imprisoning burglars is no longer de facto practice in Britain. Reply Byron, Fort Collins 8/18/11 re: Grover Whalen quote The above violence in Wisconsin has occurred within the past month, the excuse being the political turmoil in that state. Reply Byron, Fort Collins 8/18/11 re: Grover Whalen quote Police in Wisconsin have been reported (via the Internet and radio, NOT by the Mainstream Media) as turning a blind eye to spontaneous violence against Whites by Blacks. Reply Byron, Fort Collins 8/18/11 re: Grover Whalen quote Unless the perpetrators are Black rioters/looters, the police are White, and it's Great Britain or America. In those cases, the perpetrators are painted as "justifiably angry victims" by the Mainstream Media, and White or Asian victims who have lost their homes, property, and businesses to the looters, are painted as racist criminals. FAQ all this pandering to Blacks. Lock & load and protect your loved ones and home, since the "authorities" will turn a blind eye. Reply Byron, Fort Collins 8/16/11 re: Michael Badnarik quote Finally, after once having had great sympathy for Muslims, I have concluded that Muslims and America are fundamentally too different to coexist peacefully. I was raised an atheist, and was once anti-Christian. However, I have finally come to see that Christianity is very special in its emphasis on Grace. Christianity, in its best sense, has transformed America and Europe. We must not give that up to the Muslims. Previous 25 Next 25 SaveOk2 Share on Facebook Tweet Email Print
