I'm with you Jim K.. I've never tried drugs and don't advocate them, but we might as well make them legal because folks are going to use them. There should be no free healthcare for those that OD.

Here in Texas we elect all our judges. If they start to become active and energetic-then we can vote them out of office. If only we could do the same with the federal judges.
