I have a little trouble trusting people who are silly enough to buy into socialism. It is a recipe for failure when you think it through, yet some will actually become quite rabid in their defense of it. Beware the young Nazi's, they know not what they do...

What makes me distrust them the most...I mean besides all the obvious corruption, theft, graft, cronyism, lies and malevolence...is their urge to know where all of our guns are and their seeming need to control our ability to defend ourselves as intended in our Constitution.

Oddly the first thought I had was not of the nuclear family but of BIG CENTRAL GOVERNMENT doing things TO us for THE GOOD OF THE PEOPLE. Which is a crock in and of itself. My first loyalties will always be to my immediate family and their well being. My second loyalty is to the sovereign individual and the defense of his or her individual rights.

It is true of the majority of American foreign and domestic policy. You're being robbed to pay for things you would not willingly pay for if you...weren't being robbed.
