Each citizen has the right to own and carry any "arms" they choose...knife, staff, sword, spear, handgun, rifle, etc. Citizens have the right because, as the Second Amendment (the original carry permit) justifies, we need people who know how to use arms to keep ourselves and our country safe and free. It is an INFRINGEMENT by government to ban silencers, calibers, assault weapons, switchblades, large capacity magazines, etc., simply because a criminal or terrorist may use one of the tools illegally. I carry because if a criminal or terrorist commits a crime I may be able to defend myself and stop the crime.

The Constitution provides for direct and indirect taxes...which is income tax? What law makes me liable to pay income tax? Ask the IRS these questions and you'll never get an answer. Why? Because it would point out we aren't required to pay taxes.
