I have a liberal democrat friend that I have coffe with about twice a month, and he tells this story. He used to send donations to UNICEF until he did some research. He found that the guy who runs UNICEF makes 0ne million two hundred thiusand dollars a year with perks galore. He also found that 5% of the donations actually reach any children.
