They can, have, and do start wars even today. The Rothschilds are the undisputed rulers of the Earth, the global royal family. Soros is small time compared to them. Nearly all the world's nations are indebted to them. And it is the banking system of fiat interest-bearing currency that has secured their power. They print the world's money out of nothing and 'loan' it at interest. They have enjoyed this monopoly for centuries and never cease to expand their power. Most Americans have no idea how much of their labors and property are considered collateral to the Rothschilds dynasty -- we are but beneficiaries of their 'trust' and live at their pleasure.
