In a broader sense beyond the quote, actions speaking loader than words; every thing he promotes, is socialism. I think Mr. thrill up my leg practices one of his gods sayings, even though this statement is accurate: "A lie told often enough becomes the truth" (Lenin).

To live as a Social being is inevitable for our species. Using the term, and using and living the term Socialism is developmental  step and significantly different.
