“What's right with America is a willingness to discuss what's wrong with America.”

Not sure about this one. What's wrong about America is its corrupt banking system and its penchant for socialism and very few people are talking about or many are denying it.

The principle is accurate enough and inherent in a once perceived body politic. I may be a bit myopic - where is the willingness to discuss a full return to liberty, a government of the laws of nature and of nature's God, and protection of individual sovereign's inalienable rights? Where is the willingness to discuss America's wrongs, such as: compelled compliance, government licensing, victimless crimes, larceny with impunity (2nd plank of the communist manifesto, Social Security, police state confiscations, funny money, etc.), alienation of nature endowed inalienable rights, loss of a republican form of government, colonial tyranny building and the loss of personal freedom?

A willingness to discuss the ills of socialism should be the point of conversation, but that has been greatly suppressed till Now. When Libertarian's speak of property confiscation of the elderly, as a means to pad and pay the bill for universal health care, which is being totted about today, they cross the line and loose respect altogether. Promoting the stealing of the pennies from the dead man's eyes, and kicking the children to the curb !

Patrick Henry, Red Hill

With subversive purpose, for seemingly endless decades, morbidly great emphasis has been placed, in public discourse, on the what are characterized as being deficiencies of our society, deficiencies such as are common to civilizations, that are rooted in the essential frailty of fallen human character.

Surrealistically enough, in this day of moral and sociocultural inversion, the nation's now vestigial virtues are unrelentingly portrayed as being not merely frailties but as actual evils.

Fredrick William Sillik, Anytown

The quote here is not very lucid.  Individuals only want to discuss why they are not being benefited, not rewarded, and not having a lucrative return for themselves. This selfish self-centered position is the big problem that all the conventional individuals share and not addressing, so no one is really, other than the Socialist, mentioning wants wrong with America. Mr Bauer is not very near to being correct on this contribution.
