The ultimate constitutional answer: crossing a border within the States united under such circumstances would not make the individual an outlaw.

Simply because of bias tyrannical force would a state declare such a law.

Maybe someone can explain how these 'laws' require permission from the State for possessing and using weapons when a specific Amendment was added to the Constitution prohibiting such legislation. The free republic absolutely requires the integrity of its government AND its citizens.

A better more relevant question today would be: WHY have all Our lefties crossed the line all of a sudden, to find themselves outlaws when it comes to Our Constitutional Liberty?
