The necessity is more government control to satisfy the need. 1 Reply Permindex, Dallas 3/31/09 Some of the many companies that have been controlled or influenced by the CFR: Morgan, Stanley; Kuhn, Loeb; Lehman Brothers; Chase Manhattan Bank; J. P. Morgan and Co.; First National City Bank; Brown Brothers, Harriman and Co.; Bank of New York; Citicorp; Chemical Bank; Bankers Trust of New York; Manufacturers Hanover; Morgan Guaranty; Equitable Life; New York Life; Metropolitan Life; Mutual of New York; Exxon; Mobil; Atlantic-Richfield (Arco); Texaco; IBM; AT & T; General Electric; ITT; DuPont; General Motors; Ford; Chrysler; R. H. Macy; Federated Department Stores; Gimbel Brothers; Sears, Roebuck & Co.; J. C. Penney Co.; May Department Stores; U.S. Steel; and Allied Stores. Reply J Carlton, Calgary 3/31/09 THAT is a fact! And the only threat they face is an armed public. Think I'll go buy a new shotgun today. :) Reply jim k, austin 3/31/09 Reply Mike, Norwalk 3/31/09 Reply Waffler, Smith 3/31/09 Rarick was also a pro-segregationist (Member of the White Citizens Council)and a John Bircher. So what do you expect from a thinking man like this. (Note: paranoid folk who see trouble from anything or anyone that is different than them (like race, nationality, and cultural differences, as in "one world government") are well uh just paranoid folk. 1 Reply E Archer, NYC 4/1/09 Yes, more ad hominem critiques from Waffler. The quote is right on. It is hard to believe Rarick was a Democrat AND a conservative. The south has been fighting against federal 'aggression' longer than anyone. Sometimes supporting segregation was actually defending against unconstitutional federal expansion, but I will say that slavery and racism are huge hypocrises that left unchecked become a cancer that can destroy a free republic. But Rarick correctly points out from where the directives are coming to the White House and the Capitol: the CFR. You can thank the CFR for the wars in Korea, Vietnam, Africa, Israel, Iraq, Pakistan, Afghanistan, you name it. Look for more reasons for Obama to send troops to foreign nations -- and follow the trail back to the CFR. Reply Waffler, Smith 4/2/09 Rarick was just another hick politician with the Archer Syndrome, fear and jealousy of anyone who is knowledgeable and thus in a position of influence on any given issue. Hip shooters are every where but they seldom last long due to their own ignorance and stupidity. Like I said about Rarick, I double it for Archer. What do you expect from thinking men like these? Reply darnell, doucet 9/22/09 Reply Anonymous, charleston,sc 9/23/10 regardless to his views on race or politics doesnt mean he cant make a proper evalution on the CFR,he could be speaking the truth, i think he would no better than anyone on this site making comments.. 2 Reply Ann K, Baton Rouge 10/12/11 Mr. Rarick was a wonderful man. I had the honor of working directly for him for several wonderful years. A true Southern gentleman and a man who truly loved his country and wouldn't stand for the flag burners of today. He loved this country who was founded by God fearing "thinkers" who knew what was best for our future today. It is a shame that we don't have more folks like him. Great folks stand up for what is right and he only wanted what was best.. If he were alive today, he would have my vote. SaveOk2 SaveOk2 View CommentsClick to view or comment.
