Because of the open, democratic nature of the American experiment in DEMOCRACY this does not nor will not happen here. Our institutions evolve, grow and atrophy on a regular basis as public opinion changes. We do not have a set in stone, iron willed regime, (even though some would like us to have some sort of set in stone REPUBLIC of NATURAL LAW). Since we are FREE and have no established order there is no reason for a secretive revolutionary group or secret know it alls. Our institutions, politics and government will evolve to fulfill our needs as they always have. Have faith my children, have faith!

Waff, thank goodness I'm not one of your children and I do have faith. I have faith that if this nutball administration gets away with everything they are doing, we will lose another million or so jobs in this country.

The American empire is going fast (as a great power, probably the fastest). The dollar will soon no longer be the world currency, we have no real manufacturing base on which to grow, our status in the world has plummeted. So, as Americans have forgotten how to take to the streets this quote deserves five stars. We have ONE government and this needs to be overthrown - regardless of party, it's business as usual.
