Confusion caused by deception is the method used in many (if not all) aspects of the life of the sheep. The effects of so much deception makes it almost impossible to reach the free thinking mind buried underneath the false beliefs instilled by the shearer. I believe the best way to get through is exposure of the debt money economic system. Once understood, other deceptions begin to fall away like dead leaves on a live tree. The truth is the refreshing breeze that blows the dead leaves away.

E Archer. when you said "the US govt is a bankrupt entity still operating at the leisure of its creditor," and "The purpose of monetary policy is to make as comfortable as possible the bleeding away of the purchasing power", you provided me a clear understanding I've been lacking in debates elsewhere. The entire post is a gift from heaven and I wonder if I might, after any name deletions and very slight editorial deletion (such as the last line), have your permission to use your post in future when the subject comes up? It truly is brilliant!

Money as a medium of exchange under constitutional law is supposed to represent the value of a mans' life in labor expended. When one pays another for the fruits of the others' labor with something of real value, (rarity makes gold/silver valuable), the value of both mens lives converted through labor into a needed item is not lost in the transaction. The devaluation of the money devalues the life of the laborer and when the money becomes bills of credit the individuals' labor becomes the debt owed and the wealth of future labor the interest due. Hence the borrower is the servant (slave) of the lender.

Thanks Archer, I wasn't aware of that.

Good points jim k. "We can't expect the American People to jump from Capitalism to Communism, but we can assist their elected leaders in giving them small doses of Socialism, until they awaken one day to find that they have Communism." Nikita Krushchev

Ben, you are right, it was a "contract" with the FRB to "manage" our economy where all this started. The rest is history. Article 1 section 10 was to keep fiat (unbacked by gold and silver coin) paper money out of the system. Amazing how many are ignorant of this fact. I believe the Treasury Department still physically creates the fiat money we use today.

Next time you fill out your State tax form write Art. 1 Sect. 10 on it and write underneath that you have no gold or silver coin to pay the debt.

Anon

Then why do we have it? It's because, just like other Constitutional violations, of the silent consent of the majority who do nothing to stop it and in fact don't care one way or the other as long as they get their cut of the socialistic pie. Free lunch is the bait and greed sets the hook.

I agree with Mike. We are now living in the time of the greatest act of plunder ever conceived by man. How much more they can steal without killing the goose that laid the golden egg remains to be seen .

Now we should be thinking about being overwhelmed by irredeemable plastic in the form of laser cards.

An eyeblink being the time it takes to push the "enter" key, which opens up a whole new line of thought. If they can "lose" 2 trillion in 2001, it's certainly possible one might go to withdraw from his account and oops, somehow his money got lost!

Agree with all of the above. Especially Bryan. As long as there is hope there are those out there that won't be fooled again, there is hope for Americ(k)a.

Anon

Agree, but he falls short in not mentioning the creations of life on earth or, in other words, the production from labor. Nonetheless it is a true statement.

Good joke. That's the Irish for you. Quick witted and always up for a good laugh. 5 stars for the laugh I got out of it.

warren, It has crossed my mind a few times that the total humiliation of the Republican Party in the last eight years was a direct attempt to, as you said, "entrench" the socialist philosphy further into the minds of their followers and to get moderate republicans into the fold with the goal in mind of perpetual Democracy. I also think it will have to depend on how Obama performs and how good he looks after his actions. If my theory has any legs to it Obama will be made to look the greatest president since JFK.

Well said Archer!

Imanontoo, I have a twenty five year old copy of 'The Law'. I will correct my statement above to the "IMMORAL code that glorifies..." To put Bastiats truths into different terms it is like this. "Politicians never accuse you of 'greed' for wanting other people's money -- only for wanting to keep your own money." -- Joseph Sobran In toto, legalized plunder based on greed.

Anon

The moral code that glorifies the legal system of plunder has seeped into the people of the nation and it's called greed.

So it follows that debt slavery IS the result of war. A cold war but a war nonetheless.

The people have the power to call for Grand Juries without any authority from government to do so. But because these juries and trial juries have become ignorant of their true duties they have become rubber stamps for the judicial system. Government has the power in America because people have lost it to them out of ignorance. Ignorance is Americas' greatest enemy.

Anon

LOL, Try to get that passed into law today.

Anon

I think he's refering to the seperation of organized religion and State here. Seems to fit in there anyway. In that case, the moral use of money would be a fine topic of discussion at this point.

A good man respects the rights of others. A bad man doesn't. Money is another tool of man to aid in his survival just as a fierarm is. They both can be used for good or evil depending on who's got the power of control. The use of each either protects the individuals' rights for good or violates them for evil. To control and destroy lives with debt money is no different than controlling and destroying lives (other than self defense) with a firearm. The first is the most insidious.

I would if I could but the government won't let me without their cut. Problem is the cuts keep going deeper. The government should be made to heed these wise words This was told to them once before by our forefathers and so wrote the Constitution. Our lives ARE our business but alas, though people know and accept this natural law on a personal level our government does not accept it on a Constitutional law level anymore. We have an outlaw government that reveals its nature as such with the exercise of outlaw power it has usurped over the years. They have so much power now it's not necessary or possible to hide their chicanery any longer. We, Americans, have yet to experience that power unleashed in full fury but as history proves over and over again we will.
