And sadly, this quote makes a very poor statement about the quality of the education of the 50s, 60s, 70s , 80s & 90's which brought us today's government "by Tzar Barak".

This quote by Mr. Adams is timeless, and our freedoms that were so dearly fought and died for by our ancestors is being "wrested from us by violence without a struggle". Mr. Adams warned us not "to be cheated out of them (our liberties) by the artifices of false and designing men." Our current president has stated that he wants to "fundamentaly change America". I fear for the republic, I fear for America.
