This is done to catch druggies before they can flush the drugs down the toliet. Again our rights taken from us by the drug laws.

Get rid of all drug laws and get rid of medicaid so the drug users never cost anyone a cent.

I agree to let others do their vices while at the same time as WS, Jacksonville says getting rid of all social services for them when their vices make them unable.

All hail the mighty federal government which claims it must become stronger in order to protect us from everything except the government itself.

Before the FDA was formed folks in America received all the dope they wanted legally at their local pharmacy and times were peaceful then.

I draw the line Reston when it comes to things that are not normal or natural. We all sometimes wonder if you are anywhere at all normal.

It's true how radicals like Spooner helped the Feds to begin taking all power to themselves. Federal power is a great cancer that just keeps growing.

As a libertarian myself I totally agree with Dr. Mary 100%.

Has anyone heard how the bill sponsered by Ron Paul & Barney Fag is doing? This bill is necessary and turns all drug laws over to the states. It is the right thing to do.

Too many we have who would better themselves at others expense and sacrafice.

Since when has Reston ever been reminiscent of then American way?

Would be nice if all the bad eggs being laid these last 3 years never hatch.

We have seen the truth of all this in our own lifetimes.

What words from the one who bought his election.

This is the problem. Will DC ever allow the solution?

In that case we may soon run out of wars for what will we have left to defend in the way of wealth.

The U S dollar. Backed by the full faith and credit of the Federal government. Don't bother to ask why I prefer gold or silver.

Sadly we do live in a democracy where the will of the majority of either the masses or the Supreme Court can force their will on the minority. A republic where rights could not be altered or revised by any majority was what our forefathers envisioned. How far our system has strayed.

I agree with Abigal. Never again will I select the lesser of the two-evils. I vote Libertarian all the way now and Ron Paul leads that way. The new pot bill he and Barney Fag came up with was not for supporting drug use, but to start giving the states back their rights. I've never used drugs, but I support state and local rights. Ask Ron Paul about most issues and he will usually answer that those should be state issues, not federal.

All above are correct. We have today the Dumbacrats, the Repubacrats, and finally the Libertarians like Jim K. and myself. Go Ron Paul 2012.

A flat tax would have no politics to it and would not aid "special interests." Bring it on!

The modern day Barry Goldwater gets it right everytime.

Reston, when you tax the rich man more-he raises the prices on what we buy from him. We pay his taxes. Get it.
