“Your work is to discover your work and then with all your heart to give yourself to it.”

Your work is to discover the Kingdom and yourself, then to, with all your heart, give yourself to your ordained work, which is your calling.

The "ministry of the word" is put forth as mingled wine, that the child of understanding may be drawn to it. 
" Blessed is the man whom thou choosest, and causest to approach unto thee, that he may dwell in thy courts:"
" There is little Benjamin with their ruler, the princes of Judah and their council, the princes of Zebulun, and the princes of Naphtali. Thy God hath commanded thy strength: strengthen , O God, that which thou hast wrought for us. Ascribe ye strength unto God: his excellency is over Israel, and his strength is in the clouds." Psalm 65:4 68:27,34 The rule which God provides bridging the gaps in time, giving strength, through his understanding, in a seasonable time of need.
