“Prejudice rarely survives experience.”

This has certainly been my experience. Mark Twain said something similar: "Travel is lethal to prejudice."

Having eaten at another family's table with different race, religion, or culture, my unconscious biases often reveal themselves and dissipate from lack of foundation. I thoroughly enjoy talking with an individual who has taken his stand -- even if I may not agree with it, I respect a person who lives by principle and honor.

Lamentably, experience reveals that Man, in his constitutional hubris and obduracy, learns only glacially gradually, if at all, from experience.

My personal experience of: speaking another language and living in other countries, sharing my experiences with the Christ with my many brothers and sisters and my experience(s) with natural law/ liberty / freedom and expression of inalienable rights has witnessed the expiration of prejudice.

We should not prejudge. A ceremonial salute to that individual who fights drug dealing and sex trafficking. It is you that faces racial animosities daily. It is you who faces the daily adversities in receiving adequate life sustaining resources. America and the world owe you everything.
