Foremost above all other rights is the right to freely choose by the individual. Without this first right honored by our Constitution freedom is like whistling in the wind. No freedom of choice then no freedom. It's as simple as all that. 4 stars because it doesn't mention free choice which is paramount to any discussion of freedom, particularly in America,
