James MadisonJames Madison, (1751-1836), Father of the Constitution for the USA, 4th US President

James Madison Quote

“Each State, in ratifying the Constitution, is considered as a sovereign body, independent of all others, and only to be bound by its own voluntary act. In this relation, then, the new Constitution will, if established, be a FEDERAL, and not a NATIONAL constitution”

Ah, Madison, where did men like you go? Where is the understanding of our founders in today's culture and society? Amen, and amen!

A return to the basic laws of justice and the Constitution are what we need ...not the damned Globalist/Communists we have now.

We hold these truths self evident! ! ! ! ! !

Now, let this be remembered by all those who have been claiming that the States are not sovereign since they have joined the Union. And let's put Washington D.C. back in their proper jurisdiction and out of the affairs of the States and their citizens. We have a federal Constitution, not a national government!! Knowing the difference is crucial to Liberty.

Amen To President Madison. We needed that quote to re focus our understandings and properly figure out how the USA would fit (or not) in the outline of a One World Government. I, for one, oppose a One World Government!

If only more people would study our history... There is hope: If the series, John Adams is true to the book, it will open a lot of eyes to our founding fathers, and also their wives and families, and the risks that they took for the betterment of their countrymen and the future of our country.

Further, there can be no "NATIONAL" common law. There is law common to all people of the referenced "FEDERAL" system. All national policing agencies (FBI, BLM, etc. are unconstitutional ab initio)

Amen !!! " When all government, domestic and foreign, in little as in great things, shall be drawn to Washington as the center of All power, It will render powerless the CHECKS PROVIDED of one government on another, and will become Venal and Oppressive as the government FROM WHICH WE SEPARATED. " Jefferson
The RIGHT OF THE SOVEREIGN STATES TO NULLIFY UNCONSTITUTIONAL LAW. The Check Mate of Justice, to be Executed.

Each state like each individual must not concern itself with its own competitive sovereignty, but make their individual emphasis and concerns be predicated on their specific contributions to the promotion and development of the United States of America.

Sillik, your prideful ignorance once again displays itself. True sovereignty has NO competitive nature to it.
