Our government should speak the truth, but at best speak only half-truth.

From whom, and by what means, shall anyone learn to hear the Truth?

A gifted faculty that is not temporally conferred.

A capability that cannot, necessarily, be cultivated by conventional means.

In a sea of words it is best to look below the surface. When drawing water from the well, is is best to "let" the bucket into the water, not drop it, less the water become muddied.
