In defense of the 1st Amendmet (First portion): "Congress shall make no law respecting an establisment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof...." Gov cannot say: you will now all belong to and be loyal to and attend the (put any church, temple, synagog, mosk, here) ___ or be fined or jailed. Thus, you have the LIBERTY TO CHOOSE to attend somewhere or stay home, or believe nothing. YOU HAVE THE FREEDOM to choose for YOURSELF. And equally, the gov CANNOT DENY another their freedom of choice to do the same. Therefore, one CAN extend their beliefs to you, however, you can turn on your heel, change the subject, leave the building, etc., and neither of you will have given up freedom here, Donovan in Chicago. Freedom of religion has been allowed and your freedom to leave has been allowed as well. It is why in America, a place people came to escape religious persecution and still do, we have a great many faiths and beliefs, and why we exercise tolerance.

Doesn't this mean that we are no longer the owner of our own bodies? Yes, I believe we are now chattel of the federal government. They have removed the Constitution and Bill of Rights...and our independence nearly all in the past 4 years so there really is nothing left of the United States...and people still go about with their heads buried in the sand ... seriously, celebrating Independence Day??? As we are a nation of non-thinkers, increasingly ignoring God, and electing people according to the messages of the (wo)men who call themselves news(wo)men (rather than what they are, script-readers), supporting a tyrannical leadership, we will have a nation of dependent, non-thinking, non-producing people. That has been proven over and over in the last 40+ years and never been worse than it is the last 12. We are damaged goods as a nation and 90% can't/won't recognize it, 90% of the members of congress support this, and as our country slides into the abyss of something we no longer recognize as a republic, the people are so numbed by tv that they haven't even recognized it. Once piled up in the hole, it will be too late.

It means it would be a good idea to not vote for the lesser of two evils for the outcome remains evil. Maybe it is time to give os second term to Dr Paul who will fight to begin the restoration of this country...it will be up to those who follow to pick up the baton...but we will not have chosen the lesser of two evils. It is a pretty clear statement. NO ONE can promise BOTH equality (and I am believing that Goethe was speaking about social/economic equality in this instance) and liberty unless they would be a liar. It would require theft from the so called freeman to give to the person lower on the economic ladder. We have seen this repeated over and over...historically and currently.

Re: GA--An Administrative Court IS NOT A JUDICIAL PROCEEDING. This issue is being treated on a level that is all but irrelevant. Only a court of Law can handle issues of Law; like a 3-judge ct., ie, an Article III court. And the public is being led to believe that the legality (lawful, according to Law) of Obama's qualification for office is being addressed. It's all a tragic sham being staged for public consumption.
