This fact , in the Framers time as now , was a major point the Framers understood , and one of the ideas shared in this quote. As Twain wrote , " The offspring of RICHES: Pride , vanity , ostentation , arrogance , tyranny."

The Right of Revolution protected by The Bill Of Rights ( 9th. and 10th.) , is a Duty as well, under intolerable conditions. The 54 signers of The Declaration ,and others of that time , knew exactly what to do.

" Trained professionals " tend to shoot at whomever the people who are PAYING them to shoot. Citizens tend to shoot at whomever is trying to tyranize them.

Not only is war a total racket, scam, and con, all government is a racket. As Tom Jefferson wrote, "The two enemies of the people are criminals and government,so let us tie the second down with the chains of the Constitution so the second will not become the Legalized Version of the first." Notice his word , " enemies " , everyone. All government is the enemy of the people , a scam , a con , and a racket.
