Bill, I'm pretty sure it refers to the (Federal Reserve's) 16 Amendment. There is much speculation as to whether it was ever truly ratified. In any event it was brought about under very shady circumstances and is nothing more than legalized plunder. Read "The Creature from Jekyll Island" for a better take on the whole thing.

Archer, certainly the Federal Reserve must go. I believe that once it's gone the rest will fall into place. But for that to happen people need to understand just what it has been doing. Keep educating as many as you can.

My first thought was remembering Slithery Clinton talking about how the US was kicking in millions of dollars to help Egypt acheive "Democracy" out of their uprising.
