We're entitled to be taken away by the authorities with no right to trial. We're entitled to to be irradiated or molested should we decide to travel by plane. We're entitled to have our property and money taken away and redistributed to those "less fortunate". We're equally subject to a government run by tax cheats, embezzlers and fraud artists. We're entitled to have our children indoctrinated, not educated, by a system that wants to keep us stupid. We all get a front row seat to see our nation being burnt to the ground by an imposter in the White House. We're equally subject to laws so numerous, so vague, so ambiguous that not even the Judges understand them. We're all entitled to be economically raped by the Federal Reserve, The IRS, and every Corportaion that is in bed with Congress....on the other hand we're entitled by law (The Constitution) to replace this entirely corrupt system. Reply J Carlton, Calgary 8/10/11 re: Frank Chodorov quote And Waffler's meds still don't work. Reply J Carlton, Calgary 8/10/11 re: Frank Chodorov quote "State" capitalism...is Communism. And communiusm destroys everything it touches...just as Mary so astutely points out. Reply J Carlton, Calgary 8/10/11 re: Frank Chodorov quote Monuments vs. Utility...interesting. Reply J Carlton, Calgary 8/9/11 re: Cal Thomas quote jim, don't forget the "Obama Phones". We the taxpayers are providing the welfare class with cell phones because it's a "right" to have one. Why should they have to work or pay their own bills, right? 31Reply J Carlton, Calgary 8/9/11 re: Phelps Adams quote Communists are parasites. 5 Reply J Carlton, Calgary 8/9/11 re: J. Tucker Alford quote Alford is right. And for the most part segments of the population cling to victimhood by way of playing the race card. What they're really saying is "You owe me". Well, the truth is no one is owed anything other than the freedom to act responsibly on their own behalf in a free society. Reply J Carlton, Calgary 8/9/11 re: Cal Thomas quote Outside of local community organizations, welfare of any kind is a travesty and morally wrong. It's a system of control. Reply J Carlton, Calgary 8/6/11 re: William Comer quote Gunny, the world is indeed a dangerous place. However the role of America's military still isn't to be "over there" unless Congress actually declares a war. We are not the world's policeman, and if we are the world's policeman...Krista's observation is entirely valid. I say we need to defend American soil the world can look after itself, or not...we can't afford to babysit anymore. Reply J Carlton, Calgary 8/5/11 re: William Comer quote I'll never forget the Detroit woman I saw on CNN..."Obama gonna fill my tank and pay my mogage". The quote is absolutely true. 1 Reply J Carlton, Calgary 8/5/11 re: Henry David Thoreau quote A killer is a killer, a thief is a thief... neither are deterred by paper and ink. Maybe if we had some sort of "justice system"...we could do something to eliminate them...hmmm... 1 Reply J Carlton, Calgary 8/4/11 re: Marcus Tullius Cicero quote Natural Law and Property Rights are timeless concepts...But then again, so is tyranny. Reply J Carlton, Calgary 8/3/11 re: Charles T. Sprading quote jim, note that Waffler's argument is to try and involve you in the "left / right" argument. Which is nothing more than a diversionary tactic and always has been. Those who actually pay attention are well aware that the system in and of itself is a farce, and you're right, they pay no attention to the electorate until election time...then they lie to us. All of them. Restore the Republic. Reply J Carlton, Calgary 8/3/11 re: Charles T. Sprading quote Spoken like a true communist dick, Thanks for coming out... Reply J Carlton, Calgary 8/3/11 re: Charles T. Sprading quote I much prefer ethical rights and justice over "legal rights" self granted by rulers posing as benevolent government. 1 Reply J Carlton, Calgary 8/3/11 re: Max Stirner quote Q: What's the difference between Obama's cabinet and a penitentiary?...... A: One is filled with blackmailers, tax-evaders, and threats to society. The other's for housing prisoners. Reply J Carlton, Calgary 8/2/11 re: Emma Goldman quote Gunny...we should ALL have issues with authority when it is not specified in our Constitution. Reply J Carlton, Calgary 8/2/11 re: Emma Goldman quote By "Law" the FDA approves food additives and drugs that are harmful to people. The FDA does this because it is almost entirely on the payroll of Big Pharma and works to protect a monopoly. That's just one example of how utterly perverse our "legal" system is...America will need to reinvent herself and return to a system of Justice, which is a VERY different thing than the "law" system we are now plagued by. 1 Reply J Carlton, Calgary 8/2/11 re: Max Stirner quote I'm not a fan of anarchy but we have too many ridiculous laws and we need to introduce some morality to our court system. Reply J Carlton, Calgary 8/2/11 re: Michel de Montaigne quote With the vast amount of vague and ambiguous "laws" we have had written to special purpose, we are all guilty of something at all times. The ability to prosecute (persecute?) anyone at anytime is the ultimate tool of control. Reply J Carlton, Calgary 8/1/11 re: James A. Bruton, III quote Archer, I didn't know that about Waffler. I guess that explains the sociopathic mental illness he displays so regularly. Poor (malignant) guy... Reply J Carlton, Calgary 8/1/11 re: James A. Bruton, III quote Waffler, once again you make the case for idiots of all stripes. The wild west wasn't wild (unless you think Hollywood is accurate) and laws such as we have are merely tools of control without a justice system, and we could use one of those too. You're problem is that you buy into all the crap you were taught by a school and the TV. Ergo; your head is filled with garbage thinking... Reply J Carlton, Calgary 8/1/11 re: Bert Masterson quote More laws...more control...simple! Reply J Carlton, Calgary 8/1/11 re: James A. Bruton, III quote Yep! The laws (especially tax laws) are vague and designed "to be interpreted" in almost every case. In this way, no one is able to know what is lawful and what is not. It makes it easy for the tax agencies to do whatever they want to whoever they want. A Crime in itself, don't you think? 5 Reply J Carlton, Calgary 8/1/11 re: Communist Party Education Workers Congress quote No Child Left Behind? ... It's up to us to Teach the Children well.
