The IRS is not under the control of law. Never has been. If you take the advice of one of their "experts" when filling out your tax return you can still get in trouble for claiming things that the "expert" told you to claim and the "expert" is not accountable for anything. You can not use him for an excuse for the mistake either. Reply warren, olathe 4/9/08 re: Gary Makovski quote Gary gets bonuses for busting people. This statement could just drum up business for him. He is just takin care of business. Reply warren, olathe 4/9/08 re: Shirley Peterson quote Yep change the definition to any thing you want like good old bill with what the definition of is is. With the proper definition of what income is you can tax anything you want. The air you breathe for instance. Guess they are going for that too as soon as they figure out how to finish off all the scientists' opposition to the global warming hoax. Reply warren, olathe 4/7/08 re: Karl Marx quote It was also said that our republic would survive until the voter found he could vote himself a piece of the public pie. I believe it was Hamilton. 1 Reply warren, olathe 4/4/08 re: Walter E. Williams quote Waffler. No politician has ever attacked social security in my lifetime. They have only been falsely accused of it by the rabid Democrat party. The social security system is the biggest rip off our government has ever perpetrated on us. Any politician that tries to improve it to make it actually work for the person paying in is falsely accused of trying to get rid of it as when Bush tried to fix it. The only fix would to totally privatize it for those that want to opt out of the federal version. The mass exodus from the federal to the private would have the system fixed in 25 years because it would cease to exist. 1 Reply warren, olathe 4/4/08 re: Walter E. Williams quote Damn straight. Even at 58 I probably would opt out if I could. The money I would save plus the fact I will continue to work would make me better off. At least it would be my money and not money ripped off of some poor smuck that needed it for his own use. 1 Reply warren, olathe 4/4/08 re: W. Allen Wallis quote True, but you are also paying for every thing else that government buys with your social security dollars. It's all the same. Goes into the same pot. Is wasted the same for the most part. Fire up the presses I'm almost there to collect. 2Reply warren, olathe 4/4/08 re: Peter Kershaw quote Yea right we are so poor. If it were not for banks lending money for homes and business we would all be so very wealthy. Who in their right mind would want to have a job at one of those businesses that started because of an evil bank loan? Better to eat dirt than be successful while enabling some one else to make money partially from your labor. No matter how wealthy you become it is not worth it if some one else made a dime off of your success. Stay poor, happy, and vote for Democrats and believe in conspiracies. 1 Reply warren, olathe 4/4/08 re: Art Rolnick quote cool. Its humorus you dopes. Reply warren, olathe 3/31/08 re: Joseph Wood Krutch quote How true. We obsess over our rights but do little to expand our horizons. When asked why we don't try a certain venture we often think we will not be "allowed" to succeed by some invisible "they". They are too busy looking for opportunities of their own to care about blocking ours. Our biggest restraint on our freedom comes from ourselves Reply warren, olathe 3/27/08 re: Srdja Trifkovic quote It takes an idiot to equate the two. 1Reply warren, olathe 3/26/08 re: Carroll Quigley quote Sounds like a conspiracy nut. Reply warren, olathe 3/26/08 re: Ronald Reagan quote Nice and short and sweet. 2 Reply warren, olathe 3/24/08 re: Gus Hall quote A true disciple of Roger Baldwin and the ACLU. Working hard to make the dark dreams of communist/fascists come true. Reply warren, olathe 3/23/08 re: Government of Morocco quote Since it was in the New York Times I would have to consider it questionable information. The National Enquirer is about as believable. Reply warren, olathe 3/23/08 re: George McGovern quote RobertSRQ who did elect Bush if the people didn't? What an air head. Reply warren, olathe 3/23/08 re: George McGovern quote Always was an idiot. The U.N. couldn't be functional unless it actually opposed tyranny and socialism. Reply warren, olathe 3/23/08 re: William Langer quote The U.N. sucks. He was absolutely right in this quote. Reply warren, olathe 3/20/08 re: B. H. Liddell Hart quote He’s talking about something every one has to have had experience with. Death by committee. Get a bunch of people to collectively agree on a course and the course at best will be mediocre. If a group of individuals go in different directions the best will prove out and the rest will eventually follow as long as ideology does not get in the way. 2 Reply warren, olathe 3/16/08 re: Benjamin Disraeli quote No one that has any self respect would put himself through what would be done to him by the press if ran for president as a true statesman. 1 Reply warren, olathe 3/16/08 re: John Adams quote I am sure that is why he helped make this country a republic. If we can keep it as Franklin said. Reply warren, olathe 3/16/08 re: Thomas Carlyle quote Waffler you’re bringing up Hitler is apropos. Hitler admired Carlyle and his philosophy. Reply warren, olathe 3/16/08 re: Thomas Carlyle quote Hate to see so many agreeing with the philosophy of a fascist/totalitarian socialist. He believed that only the able should have a say in government. He believed in hero worship and thought that the ordinary man should just admire and obey. His quote is about his distaste for allowing the riffraff a say in public affairs. Reply warren, olathe 3/16/08 re: Oscar Wilde quote Who cares what a scum bag said? Or for that matter a pervert. Reply warren, olathe 3/16/08 re: William Cowper quote Occasionally your are right E Archer. Soon it’s going to get worse when home schooling is banned. Then there will only indoctrination by the state. Previous 25 Next 25 SaveOk2 Share on Facebook Tweet Email Print
