Absolutely True.This is the essence of Individuality.By the way,Jung is a very interesting philosopher.He developed a theory called "The Collective Unconscious which I studied and did a paper on in my college days in the late '70's.A very interesting concept.

But one reason why no form of collectivism works. The de jure States united was to represent the rights of men, not the men themselves for this very reason. All rights are inalienable and equal before the law. Each individual has different needs, wants, conditions, etc.
