should be executed in public (and on ETV) within a month.

One can apply for a Gov't. grant! It's not necessary to have
a real purpose, just make something up (are there fleas on
the dark side of the moon, maybe) When the grant is awarded,
flee with the money! The Gov't has so much bad paper floating
(student loans etc.) around they would never catch you, or even
notice that you were delinquent. A few more dollars added to
the national debt won't hurt anything.

If we had the population mix in 1776 and a large percentage
