You are so right Mike! It began with FDR because everyone then began to want something for nothing as my dad from the drepression told me. LBJ put the icing on FDR's cake with the "Great Society" which brought us to todays "Animal Farm" and "1984" by George Orwell.

Douglas was one of those super liberals appointed by FDR and all through his years he voted against all states rights and put heavy burdens on peoples backs. Congressman Gerald Ford tried to have him impeached, but the democratic majority congress would not hear of it.

We think our money is OUR property, but it says on it "Federal Reserve Note" which means it is the property of the federal government. Burn one of these notes in front of an official and see if you don't get arrested.

Our way has become where the 51% or more can force their way on the other 49% or less. The constitution was meant to protect the fewer from the more, but they call this a democracy.

Ole John was a great statesman. As vice president to "Ole Hickory" he saw where Jackson wanted to nationalize everything and resigned. Unlike Jackson, he beleived in states rights. He was a true patriot all the way. He knew like the Ten Commandments that our "Bill of Rights" was written in stone and not open to any liberal interputation!

The purpose of the constitution is to keep the government from taking away our rights. They have already taken away our "states rights" by saying, "you read the constitution, but we'll tell you what it means!"

In Texas we still elect all our judges by popular vote. Judges just have too much to do with lawmaking to be appointed.

We really have no written laws. Everything boils down to a judge's opinion. Even though they did not write the laws, they somehow can tell you the "intent" of the law
