I think his is a lot closer to the truth than being spied on, putting up with road side check points, tax harrassment, and having the TSA humiliate war veterans and little children while they let certain people go through without inspection because it is "politically correct". Best example I can think of is when after the Boston Marathon Bombings some media idiot was suggesting that America hadn't done enough to welcome and make the bombers more comfortable and accepted in society. Lawyer's have done far too much to transition our society from one having a justice system to one having a system of "laws of control and compliance" and no justice system.
